Joe Biden could be running out of friends, as Fox News is reporting how CNBC Business News editor Rick Santelli unloaded on the Delaware Democrat for his multiple excuses for the declining economy and rising inflation.
“First it was transitory,” Santelli said. “Then ‘inflation is good.’ Then we went to corporate greed, now we’re at Putin.”
This comes as Fox News is also reporting “Americans feeling the price at the pump told Fox News that President Biden’s claim that he “can’t do much” about soaring gas prices does not add up.” One Fox News listener told the network, “That’s a bunch of bull,” when Biden—appearing at a Florida function—claimed he can’t do much about rising gasoline prices.
This from the same guy who began his stint as president by canceling the Keystone pipeline and essentially declaring war on the U.S. energy industry.

A third Fox report focuses on how the liberal media is covering for Biden.
“Journalists, pundits and liberal celebrities alike have offered an onslaught of energy takes as the Russia-Ukraine crisis unfolds and surging gas prices cause pain at the pump for average Americans,” Fox reported. “To combat the shocking price increase, many have echoed White House talking points lecturing Americans to buy more electric cars. Other liberal pundits have insisted Americans should simply eliminate oil dependence altogether without offering a viable alternative.”
As fuel prices climbed above $4 a gallon—in some states the prices have skyrocketed to $5 or even $6-plus a gallon—some in the administration have suggested this will motivate people to use public transit as well.
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, quoted by the Daily Mail: “Transit gets riders where they need to be efficiently and affordably with far less pollution to thrive. And it’s even good for drivers of cars, because it means less congestion and traffic on our roads. And transit is even better when it’s clean transit with modern electric buses that don’t pollute at all.”
Fourteen months into the Biden-Harris administration has produced a lot of “buyer’s remorse” for electing this team to replace Donald Trump and Mike Pence. If this continues, in just over seven months, there could be a Republican tidal wave to turn Biden into a lame duck president for his remaining two years in office.
