A suspected MS-13 member allegedly climbed in the bedroom of a sleeping 11 year old girl and raped her. The incident occurred in New York City on Wednesday.
Julio Cesar Ayala, 18, was arrested on Saturday and charged with rape, sexually motivated burglary, criminal sex act, sexual abuse and act in a manner injurious to a child. He is from El Salvador and has a valid US “green card.” Police believe he is a member of MS-13, the El Salvadoran gang.
The incident occurred at around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday in New York City. Police stated that he climbed onto the roof of the victim’s apartment at Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. He then squeezed through a gap by the apartment’s air conditioner and got into her room. He then raped the girl. She began crying out for her mother, and he fled the scene.
Police reviewed surveillance footage from the area to find him, and ultimately located his hideout in a building that was under construction on Flatbush avenue.

They raided the hideout, placing Ayala in custody. Julio Ayala is said to have no previous criminal record. He’s got one now.
As officers pushed Ayala into the police cruiser, witnesses cheered, according to the Daily Mail. So he may not have a criminal record, but people had to nonetheless be aware that he was a problem.
Ayala was arraigned on Sunday.
Daily Mail reported,
“That makes me feel unsafe in my own home,” said Elizabeth Bardourilla, 42, a mental-health counselor and resident in the area where the girl lives.
“That child can’t help herself. For a grown man to do that. Sick. Very sick. This is sad. Just sad.”
What’s just as sad is the Democrats treating MS-13 as if they were ordinary immigrants. They are most certainly not. They are ruthless, dangerous, people who should never be allowed into the country. And no, Nancy Pelosi, they do not have a “spark of divinity.”
