Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Daniel Anderl, 20, was killed when he opened the door to a person dressed as a Fed-Ex delivery driver. He reportedly was shot in the heart immediately. Daniel was a college student studying law, with the hope of following in his parent’s footsteps.

Mark Anderl, the Judge’s husband, ran to the door to see what happened and was shot multiple times before the suspect fled, according to reports. He is a prominent criminal lawyer, and switched to being a defense attorney after 10 years of working as a prosecutor. He has represented Bloods gang members in court cases, according to the Daily Mail.

Federal Judge Salas has been involved in numerous high profile cases since being on the bench. Appointed by Barack Obama in 2010, she is the first Latina to serve on the Federal court in New Jersey and has served there for nine years. She is the daughter of a Cuban mother and Mexican father.

Just a few days ago, Judge Salas was assigned to preside over an ongoing lawsuit against Deustche Bank by investors which claims that the company lied about their anti-money laundering practices and continued to do business with convicted sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein. Earlier in July, before she was assigned to the case, the bank agreed to pay $150 Million in fines for continuing to work with Epstein after his conviction for soliciting teenage prostitutes in 2008.

She presided over the trial of former “Real Housewives” actress Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice regarding financial fraud and tax evasion. She has also presided over cases involving both the Bloods and Crips gang members.

“As a judge, she had threats from time to time, but everyone is saying that recently there had not been any.” Francis ‘Mac’ Womack, Mayor of North Brunswick

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy was quick to politicize tragedy by stating the “gun violence”was a crisis in this country. No, Governor, evil is the crisis.  No gun control law would have stopped this. It appears to have been a targeted crime. The motive, however, is unknown.
