New book suggests Coronavirus a biological weapon

From the rapid and massive impact of the Novel Coronavirus, it’s clear this is no ordinary seasonable influenza virus. Over 42,000 cases have been confirmed worldwide and the death toll topped 1,000 on Monday.  A CDC official told CBS News that a case has been confirmed in San Diego, bringing the number of cases in the United States to 13.

In addition to originally have been novel, meaning a new type of Coronavirus not seen before, it went through a transition, according to “Survival strategies… Coronavirus Pandemic 2020: A virus weaponized in China for biological warfare,” a 55-page book now available at Amazon.  The book explains the virus changed, not only by its own mutation but by military virologists in China. This virus is apparently a biological weapon which escaped the Wuhan military virology laboratory.

Sounds too much like a movie? Maybe so, but, the book says, it actually happened and here are the details.  We start not in China but in Canada.

Specifically we start at Canada’s National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg, and with Scientific Director Dr. Frank Plummer. On a day that will go down in history as one of the great catastrophes of human history, on May 4, 2013 the Novel Coronavirus arrived at the Canadian lab in Winnipeg.

It was sent by a well known Dutch virologist Ron Fouchier of the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, most certainly because the National Microbiology Laboratory of Canada specializes in complete testing services for Coronaviruses.

Fouchier himself had received it from a colleague in the Middle East (Dubai) who had isolated the virus from the lungs of a patient. The Canadian Lab grew a research bank of the new virus and set about to see what animals could be infected by it. The National Microbiology Laboratory is the only LEVEL 4 virology lab in Canada, capable of handling the most dangerous diseases. Unfortunately there were additional dangers that the lab was not aware of. And those dangers were high level Chinese staff members who were engaged in espionage and theft. One of the Chinese spies was director of the Vaccine Development and Antiviral Therapies Section in the Special Pathogens Program. Xiangguo Qiu graduated from Hebei Medical University in 1985 and came to Canada for advanced studies. If the word “Hebei” sounds familiar, it’s because that’s the province in China which is the epicenter of the Corona pandemic. How Dr Xiangguo Qiu morphed from a medical doctor to a virologist is not known, but she ended up doing leading work at the Canadian lab. And she was not alone at that lab. Her  husband, Dr. Keding Cheng , a bacteriologist is also at the National Microbiology Laboratory, and who also mysteriously shifted into virology.

Together they infiltrated the NML and engaged in theft of technology, secrets, and of actual viral samples, which they sent secretly to China.

Of importance, is that Xiangguo Qiu is a specialist in biological warfare. The management and staff of the NML were sleeping at the wheel, while these two engaged in theft of dangerous viral samples. Perhaps political correctness played a role in turning a blind eye to possible irregularities. In addition to their own espionage and thefts, these two arranged for additional Chinese nationals to inflitrate the NML.

Specifically Chinese students from the following institutions showed up at the NML:

1. Institute of Military Veterinary, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Changchun

2. Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Chengdu Military Region

3. Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hubei

4. Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing

Stolen materials, including samples of the Novel Coronavirus were somehow taken or shipped by this group of six to Wuhan. And possibly taken personally by Dr Xiangguo Qiu on multiple trips she made to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2017 and 2018.

It was not until early July 2019, too late, that the Canadian lab woke up to the obvious. Even then they did not act appropriately and bring in law enforcement, but simply escorted Xiangguo Qiu and her husband out of the building. But by then Xiangguo Qiu, her husband and the Chinese students had long transferred the Novel Coronavirus to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Specifically, the Wuhan Institute of Virology was visited five times during 2017 -2018 by Xiangguo Qiu. In China, all such “Institutes” are actually military. The Wuhan Institute is basically a biological warfare center. Among viruses worked with there are Ebola, Nipah, and hemorrhagic viruses from the Congo. Now the Canadian NML management had let the Coronavirus join the arsenal.

What is going to happen to the Chinese who were apparently spies, saboteurs, thieves in this matter of the theft of the virus? They should have been arrested on a duly issued warrant immediately, but were only “escorted out of the building”. Where they went after that needs to be researched. However one thing is certain. Instead of being heroes in China and to their intelligence handlers in China, they are not going to have a very warm friendly reception.

Their activities did not end up well for the Chinese people and government. Justice in
China is harsh and it’s possible to assume, that not only their social ranking points by the government will be reduced, they may face judicial consequences of a serious nature. Whatever the consequences to the spies, thieves, saboteurs in China, it can never every meet the standard of repayment for the disaster they helped create. A pandemic of a very dangerous virus is under way. And apparently this virus has been modified in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and not for good intentions.

This is all very bad news. The Novel Coronavirus was evidently weaponized in Wuhan to be part of the Chinese biological warfare capability. As is mentioned in this book, viruses have existed for hundreds of millions of years and have survived everything. They have a survival strategy which we can not comprehend. Thus the weaponized Novel Coronavirus made it out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and started doing what it had been engineered to do: sicken and kill people. From observing the effect of the virus on the Chinese population, it appears that the virus was weaponized very well, and based on possible future mutations could cause the most destructive pandemic in human history. More disastrous than the bacterial Bubonic plague of the Middle Ages which wiped out one-third of the European and Asian populations. The official story from China is that the new pandemic virus originated at the Seafood Market of Huanan. Coincidentally that market is just about 15 minutes away by car from the Wuhan Virology Institute.

HOW DID THIS BIOLOGICAL WARFARE WEAPONIZED VIRUS ESCAPE FROM THE WUHAN (MILITARY) VIROLOGY INSTITUTE? There are two possibilities. Either the virus escaped accidentally, or it was released with intent.

The Wuhan Virology Institute only received certification as a Class 4 Level lab, the highest level and one which can work with the most dangerous of disease matter, in 2017.
Although it received the certification in 2017, it is likely the lab worked with prohibited highly dangerous viral types before then. And this means that it may be a place where rules are broken. It is unknown what caused the release of this virus into the Wuhan environment. It could have been contamination of something or someone that left the lab. An error. Possibly a virologist, possibly staff used to handle and destroy biologically active toxic waste.

Equipment malfunction, staff error… whatever it was, the virus found a way out of the laboratory and into the general population.

As an alternative to an escape by error or malfunction, it is possible someone at the institute took the virus and released it outside the institute. Since the virus itself was stolen by Wuhan Virology Institute staff from Canada, it means at least some people there were living in a culture of theft.

If the release was purposeful, it’s doubtful the motive will be known and there is no use guessing. No matter what the reason, a military weaponized virus was released in Wuhan.
Now we are facing something worse than the SARS epidemic of 2002-2004. We are facing a weaponized virus which has been modified to infect, sicken, and kill people very effectively.

To put it bluntly, the evil genie is out of the bottle and there’s no putting it back in. And that genie is a biological weapon.
