The McDonald’s Corp twitter account made waves this morning with a tweet that said “@realDonaldTrump You are actually a disgusting excuse of a President and we would love to have @BarackObama back, also you have tiny hands.” The tweet was quickly deleted. The company says their account was hacked and they are “investigating.”
Twitter notified us that our account was compromised. We deleted the tweet, secured our account and are now investigating this.

The company stated that their account was compromised. Some people claimed that if they can’t secure their twitter account, how are they securing their card readers and vowed never to go to McDonalds again. Not a lot of folks believed them and the uproar continued.
