Matt Drudge: ‘America has been arming ISIS’

matt-drudgeOn Tuesday, Matt Drudge, owner of the extremely popular Drudge Report, broke his Twitter silence to issue a single tweet that some believe may be a teaser for an upcoming report.  That tweet simply says that the United States has been arming ISIS.

According to Infowars’ Steven Watson, it’s the first tweet he’s issued since cleaning his account months ago.

For quite a few, this really wasn’t “news.”

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Watson added:

The CIA has shipped weapons to al-Qaeda affiliated groups in Syria since at least 2012, a fact reported by The New York Times.

Up until late 2014, the US still claimed it was arming “moderate” mercenaries in Syria to fight against ISIS and the al-Assad government in Damascus despite the fact there are no longer any moderate forces active.

Iraqi intelligence even claims that the US is INTENTIONALLY dropping weapons to known ISIS linked groups of rebels.

It would seem, given that and some of the reports coming out — like this article that says ISIS tanker truck drivers are being warned by leaflets dropped by U.S. pilots to run away in order to keep from getting killed — that the regime isn’t exactly very interested in defeating ISIS.

Then there are Obama’s own words.  Consider: Earlier this year, Obama himself said the U.S. cannot “simply take out terrorists who kill innocent civilians.”

Whose side is Obama on, really?  If he were serious about defeating ISIS, he would’ve done something a bit more substantial.

Instead, he’s discussing global warming, telling the world that a Paris climate change conference would be a “powerful rebuke” to ISIS terrorists, a statement that in all likelihood has them all dying…from laughter.
