Love her or hate her, one thing is certain. You don’t have to wonder where Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., stands on a particular issue. On Monday, the outspoken Georgia Republican offered a choice: Either impeach Joe Biden or grant a “national divorce” between red and blue states.
“Impeach Biden or give us a national divorce. We don’t pay taxes to fund foreign country’s wars who aren’t even NATO ally’s. We aren’t sending our sons & daughters to dies for foreign borders & foreign “democracy.” America is BROKE. Criminals & Cartels reign. And you’re a fool,” she said on Twitter.

The Post-Millennial reminds us that this isn’t the first time she’s discussed the topic:
Greene has previously issued a similar call, issuing a poll to her Twitter followers in October of 2021 asking if America should have a “national divorce.”
A majority of the poll takers stated that Republican and Democrat states should stay together, at 47.7 percent, with 43 percent stating that red and blue states should separate. 9.3 percent were undecided.

Greene clarified two days later that a national divorce would not be a civil war “like Antifa/BLM incitement over the past few years, it’s a civil legal process.”

It’s a wake up call to the one offending the other that they’ve had enough.
And if the other party cares at all, they look at what they are doing wrong and care to fix it.

To be fair, the nation hasn’t been united for a long time, as we and others have documented repeatedly. How many times have we seen liberals call for the absolute genocide of those with whom they disagree?

And remember Democrat Tim Ryan’s call to “kill and confront” MAGA Republicans after Biden’s unhinged speech?
Last October, Greene warned that Democrats want Republicans dead. And we’ve seen nothing to suggest she was wrong.
We have even heard so-called “responsible” politicians and members of the media advocating Stalinist re-education gulags for conservatives and Trump supporters. Others have gone “full-Hitler” in advocating genocide.

The Washington Examiner added:
Greene’s call for a national split came after a busy morning of slamming President Joe Biden for leaving his domestic responsibilities behind to take a 10-hour train ride from Poland to the war-torn Ukrainian capital of Kyiv to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky on the first anniversary of the war with Russia.
During a joint news conference, Biden pledged America’s “unwavering” support for the battered country and announced an additional $500 million in military aid, which didn’t sit well with Greene and several Republicans. The money will go toward artillery ammunition, Javelin missiles, and howitzers. Biden did not comment on a specific ask by Ukraine for long-range weapons and fighter jets.
“Today on our President’s Day, Joe Biden, the President of the United States chose Ukraine over America, while forcing the American people to pay for Ukraine’s government and war,” Greene tweeted. “I can not express how much Americans hate Joe Biden.”
Greene was also insulted by Zelensky, who opted not to “wear a tie as he greets the President of the United States.”
“We must impeach this America Last fool before it’s too late,” Greene said.
The sooner, the better.
