Male prostitute Gemmel Moore was found dead of an accidental methamphetamine overdose in the home of long time Democrat donor Ed Buck, the UK Daily Mail reported on Wednesday. Police say Buck is not currently a suspect but did not say why Moore, a poor black man, was at the home of a very wealthy Democrat donor, in the exclusive West Hollywood neighborhood.
His family is not buying the explanation and they suspect foul play caused his death. More likely, they are expecting a moderate to large payout to drop the whole thing. Moore’s mother said he had been a sex worker for years. One of Moore’s friends claims that Buck was a customer of both himself and Moore. He said that Buck would send Moore out to find young gay black men to bring back to his house.
The unnamed friend said that Buck would inject the young black men with drugs and then watch how they reacted and he would take pictures of the young men. That is supposedly what makes Moore’s mother suspect foul play. She thinks that Buck injected her son with drugs causing the overdose. I’m sure he injected something, I just don’t know if it was drugs, if you catch my drift.
Moore is said to have filed a police report against Buck last year:
‘He filed a police report because he said that Buck had held him in his apartment or whatever and had shot him up with a needle with something he didn’t’ know what it was,’ Nixon said,
‘He called me crying. Three minutes on the phone hollering and I’m like “What the hell is going on?”‘
‘He said “This man, he shot me up with something I don’t even know what it is,” and I’m like, my son is having a breakdown or episode. But he sent me pictures of his arm, his arm was red.’
The WeHo Times reported that at the time of publication, they had yet to obtain a copy of the police report.
No pictures of the alleged red markings on Moore’s arms have been produced, said WeHo.
The Daily Mail said that other photos found on Buck’s Facebook page show him with celebrities and high-profile California politicians, including Governor Jerry Brown
