Los Angeles Declaration: Making Illegal Immigration Normal

Biden signed the Los Angeles Declaration on Friday, a document that commits several pan-American nations to a series of steps designed to increase opportunities for “irregular migrants” in several nations. It came about from the Summit of the Americas that took place this week in Los Angeles. (Irregular migration = illegal immigration). Welcomed by globalists, it opens new “pipelines” for immigration under the guise of noble-sounding terms.

On Friday, we’ll also come together to launch the Los Angeles Declaration, a ground-breaking, integrated new approach to managing migration and sharing responsibility across the hemisphere.

Keep in mind that there is always an agenda behind anything Joe Biden does. This is no different. The Democrats seek to create a progressive nation based on their metrics.

We’re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world. It will be an extraordinary achievement … we will ultimately triumph.

The White House put out a Fact Sheet regarding the Los Angeles Declaration that reads in part:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

  • The United States will launch the development of a $65 million U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) pilot program to support U.S. farmers hiring agricultural workers under the H-2A program.
  • The United States will provide 11,500 H-2B nonagricultural seasonal worker visas for nationals of Northern Central America and Haiti.
  • The United States will roll out new Fair Recruitment Practices Guidance for Temporary Migrant Workers with the cooperation of major employers, including Walmart.
  • The United States will commit to resettle 20,000 refugees from the Americas during Fiscal Years 2023 to 2024.
  • The United States will increase resettlement of Haitian refugees.
  • The United States will resume and increase participation in the Haitian Family Reunification Parole Program.
  • The United States will resume the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program.

The document states that its goal is to create pathways that are set up for “protection and opportunity.” More money for foreigners, less money for struggling Americans.

Expanding legal pathways for protection and opportunity is at the heart of efforts to humanely address irregular migration in the Americas. The goal is to change the way people migrate. Countries in the region have strategically pegged priority legal pathway programs with the primary reasons for migrating: (1) jobs; (2) protection; and (3) family reunification.

WH Fact Sheet

Then there’s the plan to make the US border “humane” and “fair.” They also plan to “disrupt” the cartels with sting operations.

The United States has already accepted a minimum of 23,000 Afghanistan refugees, some of whom were not properly vetted. The US has authorized 32,000 Ukrainian refugees. Canada, Mexico and Guatemala also signed on to the document with new programs for taking in immigrants in order to provide “pathways for protection and opportunity.” The DHS has moved thousands of illegal immigrants into US communities already, leaving the Border Patrol, as well as cities and towns, overwhelmed.

There is no doubt that some farmers need people to work in the fields. The seasonal “braseros” (workers from Mexico) have been around for decades… but they used to go home when the season was finished. Do these foreign workers take jobs from Americans? Do they cause wages to go down for Americans? There are those who say yes.

Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has extracted tens of millions of migrants and visa workers from poor countries to serve as legal or illegal workers, temporary workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.

This economic strategy of Extraction Migration has no stopping point. It is brutal to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities, shrinks their salaries and wagesraises their housing costs, and has shoved at least ten million American men out of the labor force.
