Liberal Insurrectionists STORM Dept of Interior, Demand End To Fossil Fuel Projects (Video)

On Thursday, a number of activists protested the use of fossil fuels and attempted to storm the Department of the Interior as part of their demand the Biden Regime end fossil fuel projects, the Washington Post and others reported.

The protests — which look an awful lot like the kind of protest that took place on January 6 — saw 55 people arrested, the Post said:

People vs. Fossil Fuels said in a statement that 55 people were arrested during the protest, including Indigenous leaders, and said police “acted aggressively” by using Tasers on at least two people and batons to hit others. A spokesperson for the Federal Protective Service, which Schwartz said responded to the protest to “mitigate the situation,” did not immediately respond to a request for comment on police tactics and arrests.

Protesters said they wanted to speak with Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, the first Native American to hold the position. Haaland was traveling outside Washington at the time, Schwartz said in a statement.

“Interior Department leadership believes strongly in respecting and upholding the right to free speech and peaceful protest,” Schwartz said in a statement. “It is also our obligation to keep everyone safe. We will continue to do everything we can to de-escalate the situation while honoring first amendment rights.”

Hmmm…  So, the First Amendment is okay for liberal protesters, but not Trump supporters.  Got it.

Here’s some video of what took place:

People naturally had some thoughts about this.

Indeed…

At least…

And Pearl Harbor.  And the Civil War.  Perhaps worse than all the wars humanity has fought throughout history.

Will the FBI conduct a nationwide manhunt for anyone connected to these protesters?  Will Nancy Pelosi put together a commission to study this?  Of course we all know the answers to those questions…

But these are liberal insurrectionists, so it’s all okay…

Oh, please… We all know that will never happen.

It’s the most dangerous day in all of history!

Oh, no, it’s much worse. Only 600,000 died in the Civil War. We’re talking the entire planet here…

Apparently so… Either that, or Biden can just issue a press release and claim it’s an executive order, just like he did with the vaccine mandate that doesn’t exist

Exit question: Will CNN and MSNBC spend the next six months or so denigrating these protesters the way they do Trump supporters who protested on January 6?
