Kamala Harris Attempts to Frighten Hurricane Victims: Resources Should be Given by Race, Gender

Kamala Harris told Florida yesterday that help for Hurricane Ian should be given by race and gender. Which was wrong, but she said it anyway. It likely panicked victims of the deadly hurricane to think that only people who are minorities would get help, and white folks would be left out. Good lack of thinking, Kamala.

The Twitterverse responded immediately and angrily:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Christina Pushaw, Gov DeSantis’ Rapid Response Director then responded,

This is false. @VP ‘s rhetoric is causing undue panic and must be clarified. FEMA Individual Assistance is already available to all Floridians impacted by Hurricane Ian, regardless of race or background. If you need assistance visit disasterassistance.gov or call 1-800-621-3362…The areas impacted in SWFL are not particularly minority areas. They are getting help based on need not based on race.

And Harris launched into her usual giggle-fest and babbled about Venn diagrams.

Others responded:

“Apparently she doesn’t realize during disasters especially in Florida everyone is helped. I have been through several hurricanes everyone helps everyone!” M Schafer

“Why did Kamala Harris just say “communities of color” will be prioritized when the Biden administration provides Hurricane Ian relief — isn’t that discrimination?” P Szypula

“If journalists were any good at doing their jobs they’d be hammering Kamala Harris on the remarks she made today about how white families affected by Hurricane Ian won’t be getting any federal funds because the money will be diverted to “communities of color” before all else.” Ian Miles Gray

“Kamala Harris is deadass maybe the worst politician I’ve ever seen not in terms of her policies or whatever but just never seen someone so simultaneously so hungry for power and also with zero charisma or ability to speak like a normal person in any context.” Mac

Not only did she mistakenly say that the US had an “alliance” with North Korea the other day, now she babbles about giving hurricane help only to certain races or genders.  Everyone should have equal access to help based on their need. She’s about as compassionate as a poisonous snake.
