Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI on Friday for allegedly misdirecting Federal agents by putting a suspect within a restricted jury room to keep him from the agents who were there to place him in custody. Hence, the charge of obstruction of an official proceeding.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject—an illegal alien—to evade arrest.” Kash Patel, FBI Director (The Epoch Times)
Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA attempted to arrest the undocumented male – Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz — following his scheduled criminal court appearance before Dugan on April 18 to face three misdemeanor battery charges.
Dugan demanded that the officers proceed to the chief judge’s office and – after his hearing ended – escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out a restricted jury door, bypassing the public area where agents were waiting in order to help him avoid arrest, per the complaint…Dugan appeared in federal court in Milwaukee on Friday and made no public comments during the brief hearing, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: “Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety.” Her next court appearance is May 15.” Fox

Eduardo Flores Ruiz was deported previously due to the accusations of battery. He reportedly did not seek permission to re-enter the US and entered illegally. To have a sitting judge attempt to circumvent Federal agents is beyond stupid.

The White House issued a memo at the beginning of President Trump’s term warning local officials they would be investigated under a law that prohibits any conspiracy to defraud or commit any offense against the Federal government. Ms. Dugan faces a potential prison term of five years if found guilty. She was released from custody.
