Israeli Woman Allegedly Attacked by US Secret Service Agent

Is the Biden administration sweeping yet another problem under the rug? When Joe Biden went to Israel earlier this month, two Secret Service agents who went ahead of him to prepare his trip were sent back home after an “altercation” with a woman. Tamar Ben-Haim was that Israeli woman, but the circumstances are much more concerning than first reported.

When it was first stated that two Secret Service agents were sent back to the United States it was reported as simply an altercation. Which could have meant anything from an argument over security arrangements to trying to pick up a woman at the bar. It turns out that it may have been an unprovoked attack on a woman who was just walking home from a friend’s house.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Tamar Ben-Haim, 30, alleged she was walking home from her friend’s house past midnight on Monday along Rehov Shiloh, a popular street in a residential Jerusalem neighborhood, when a “large man” appeared in front of her, she recalled.

According to her, she was looking down at her phone and had her headphones on, and said “Before I could understand what was happening, I felt a hard slap across my face, and he immediately began punching me in the chest,” Ben-Haim said in an interview that has since been translated into English.

The woman described being punched “over and over again,” like she was a “punching bag.” When she noticed a holstered gun on the man’s side, she tried to scream louder for help.

“I was in total shock,” she recalled, breaking down in tears as she spoke. “He was so strong…I couldn’t even attempt to defend myself. In my head, I was thinking, ‘you won’t survive this. This is the end of your life.’”

Tamar is worried that both governments may be trying to sweep the attack under the rug. She recalled that another man who was also armed restrained her attacker and released her from his grasp. She ran and called Israeli police. She managed a photo of the two men walking away, and turned it over to police.

The Israeli woman spent three days in bed recovering from the pain of the attack and didn’t make the connection to the news of the Secret Service agents until a local Israeli TV outlet called her for an interview. She learned that the two men were part of the Secret Service Counter Assault Team. Street surveillance footage reportedly showed the agent leaving a local bar just before the attack. Though she didn’t smell alcohol on his breath, she stated that he seemed to stumble when she returned to photograph him.

Israeli police told her the attacker left the country. The Secret Service suspended the agent’s access to facilities, but has not provided an update to her. She wants an apology from the White House.

“You can come to another country, beat someone almost to death and just disappear with zero consequences? This is not someone from a third-world country. America is the example of the world, and he works for the president. They just shipped him back to where he came like nothing ever happened, and they expect me to just move on with my life.”

For her part, Tamar is an Israeli woman who wants an apology from the White House, and may apply for an expedited visa to come to the US to recover among her relatives. That may not be a good idea, noting the cabal that runs DC. She’s likely safer in Israel than here.
