ISIS teaching fighters to eat non-Muslims — Report

Nine Northern Virginia Residents Arrested for Aiding ISIS eat non-MuslimsA handbook found in a terrorist training school teaches fighters to eat non-Muslims, the UK Daily Mail reported Monday.  The manual was found by a British counter-extremism think tank and apparently goes into some detail, the report said.

According to the Daily Mail:

ISIS chiefs even give advice on what parts of the body to eat and how to prepare them and comes after a sickening report a mother was fed the remains of her own son when she was told by the terrorists it was meat and rice.

The memo was discovered by the Quilliam Foundation and its chief executive Haras Rafiq revealed cannibalism was on the curriculum

He said if there are no food supplies available during what they describe as a time of jihad, terrorists were encouraged to kill non-Muslims or Muslims who do not share their version of Islam for food.

Rafiq, described by the Daily Mail as a practicing Muslim, said he found the discovery utterly revolting, and that their most horrific finding was that cannibalism was being taught in classrooms.

“As a Muslim, I find it utterly revolting. They even give advice on the parts to eat and how to prepare the flesh,” Rafiq said, according to a report at the Daily Star.  “These views on cannibalism are not mainstream but they are gaining traction.

“It’s new to see them advocate cannibalism,” he added. “They are using Salafism – a fundamentalist theology and political Islamism to justify their views.”

It’s not the first time reports like this have emerged from the region.  One unconfirmed report dating back to 2014, said ISIS’ leader even gave permission for fighters to eat babies.
