The Islamic Muslim terrorist group, ISIS, has released details on who can rape sex slaves and when in a detailed fatwa that was seized by the U.S. military as part of a trove of documents captured in a raid that killed Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) financial officer Abu Sayyaf in May 2015, the Clarion Project reported.
Since the Islamic murderous leaders caught some of their demented Islamic friends “violating” the rules of when they can rape children and women, they decided to issue a fatwa to ensure it is done right in case it is not in-line with the radical inhumane “Sharia law”.
Some of what was found in the Fatwa notated by the Clarion Project reports that a slave owner cannot have intercourse with ( read: rape) his female-slave if she is pregnant or menstruating; He may not rape both a mother and daughter if he owns both women; and he may not rape two sisters if he owns both – he must choose only one. If he sells one however, the other becomes permitted.
Aymenn Jawad Al-Tamimi, a fellow at the MEF, that promotes American interests in the Middle East and protects Western values from Middle Eastern threats translated the entire fatwa pamphlet here. Al-Tamimi stated in obtaining a copy of the pamphlet, “It so happens I was able to obtain this pamphlet from a contact in northern Syria earlier this year, and I produce the text and my translation of this pamphlet for the first time in the public domain.”

“The pamphlet, issued by the Diwan al-‘Iftaa wa al-Buhuth (Fatwa Issuing and Research Department), outlines basic justifications for the practice of slavery, particularly as regards concubines.”
In response to the article and pamphlet, Clair Lopez, a former CIA officer and an intelligence expert with a focus on national defense, Islam, Iran, and counter-terrorism issues, stated, “This fatwa is in complete accord with published Islamic doctrine, codified into the shariah since the 10th century. There’s nothing original to the Islamic State in here – this is pure Islam.”
