President Trump stated “They want to throw rocks at our military, our military fights back. I told them, consider it a rifle.” And of course, an attorney advocating for the caravan has filed a lawsuit against the President, saying that their “Constitutional rights” are being destroyed by his actions. Wait, since when do illegals have “Constitutional rights?”
Lawsuit
Newsflash: They do not have “standing” in American courts because they are not citizens. They haven’t set foot in America yet. And our Constitution should not apply to them…since they are illegally coming here in the first place. And because they refused asylum in Mexico, the term “refugee” should not apply.

And there are those in the caravan who have previously been deported from the US, so how does that work?
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
According to the Blaze, “The lawsuit names President Trump, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security, and DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, among others, as the defendants.”
The filing belligerently says no one can stop them. “The legal problem with Trump’s plan to stop caravan persons from entering this country is that Plaintiffs are seeking asylum, and Trump simply cannot stop them from legally doing so by using military, or anyone.”
Rocks = Deadly Weapons
The IDF has to regularly shoot rock throwers. Rocks can kill (ask any women who’s been stoned under barbaric Sharia laws. Oh, wait. You can’t ask them, they’re dead). Even our Border Patrol has been often been struck by rocks. They are deadly weapons, period.
So, yes, our military and the Border Patrol should have the ability to defend themselves. The violence being reported from this caravan is real, and no, it’s not just “women and children just fleeing poverty.” (See featured photo: screenshot of males in caravan via Sky news).
The constant narrative from the liberals is frustrating. While there may be a tiny portion of the caravan that deserves “asylum,” there are proven criminals and previously deported individuals within the caravan. It truly is a national security issue.
