House members to take action against Obama for ‘not faithfully executing laws’

It’s not impeachment, but a new House resolution could ultimately force Obama to work within the bounds of the Constitution or face impeachment. A president simply cannot pick and choose which laws they wish to enforce, and ignore those they disagree with, as President Obama has done with immigration law. Making changes to existing law, as President Obama has done 19 times with the Affordable Care Act, is also forbidden by the Constitution.

The Weekly Standard is reporting that Congressman Tom Rice of (R-SC) is sponsoring a resolution that would direct the House of Representatives “to bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.”
