Hillary Clinton couldn’t be that stupid, could she? A meme posted online showed what appeared to be someone posing as a Navy chief petty officer with Clinton in an effort to show that she has military supporters. But all is not what it seems.
This is the meme that has nearly gone viral:
After some deeper digging into the photo, however, we’ve learned the following:
The photo was taken during a Memorial Day parade, 2016, not at a campaign event. Military and retired Military often attend Memorial Day events in uniform to honor the fallen.
The Navy officer
The man’s name is Oscar Flores, and he is a 22-year retired Navy Reserve chief petty officer (Chief Culinary Specialist) who knows the Clintons well. He is not a paid actor. Hillary and Bill actually attended his retirement ceremony aboard the USS Makin Island (LHD-8) in 2011.
He worked at the White House during the Clinton Presidency, although initially he didn’t think it was going to be a good assignment. But over time, he became a “member of their family” and was greatly loved by them (including their dog).

I guess there are liberals in the Navy too. And this one can cook.
A) Yes his cover is crooked in the meme. Really crooked. Even sloppy. Hillary is WAY more crooked than the hat, however.
B) His medals look skewed as well, but maybe he was in a hurry. Or he took it off the hanger and forgot the order? Who knows, but they are real, and he is real.

I know, the guy has been surrounded by liberals throughout his Navy career.
C) Flores is “Director of Operations” at the Clinton’s New York home. In other words he’s their private chef.
They need a “director of operations” at their home? I need one of those. Â But I suspect they pay through the nose for him, so in that respect, yes, he’s “paid.”
