Hillary Clinton: Democrats are so socialist it hurt me in the election — Video

While speaking at the Shared Value Leadership Summit in New York City on Wednesday, Hillary Clinton, the most evil person ever nominated to the White House by a major party, admitted that a large number of Democrats are socialists and said that hurt her in the election.

“You may be the only presidential candidate since World War II that actually had to stand up and say I am a capitalist,” Fortune president Alan Murray said, “and you did, uh, did it hurt you?”

“Probably,” Clinton said in response.

“I mean,” Clinton added, “you know, it’s hard to know but I mean if you’re in the Iowa caucuses and 41 percent of Democrats are socialists, or self-described socialists, and I’m asked I’m a capitalist, and I say ‘yes, but with appropriate regulation and accountability,’ you know, that probably gets lost in the, ‘oh my gosh, she’s a capitalist!’”

The Blaze added:

Clinton fended off a challenge from upstart Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) from the left in the Democratic primary, but her campaign was bloodied as evidence surfaced of favoritism from the Democratic National Committee.

When Sanders was asked in October 2015 if he was capitalist, he had a straight forward reply.

“No,” Sanders said. “I’m a Democratic socialist.”

“But what I mean is I’ve been elected as an independent throughout my political career,” he said. “I’m running now in the Democratic nomination process.”

While Clinton professes to be a capitalist, however, she said there’s too much power tipping “toward biggest companies with most influence.”

“They’re disrupting our democracy.”

Her solution, Fortune said, is simple and partisan: Change the majority Republican Congress in the November 2018 mid-term elections.

The fact that so many liberal Democrats are socialist is nothing new, and it seems that the number is growing.  But it’s telling that Clinton, who won her party’s nomination due mostly to the rigging of the primaries, actually has to complain about being hurt due to her alleged loyalty to capitalism.
