Georgia Dems promote, applaud ‘f*** Trump’ message projected on Atlanta stadium by local socialists
President Donald Trump attended the college football championship game between Alabama and Georgia, which prompted leftists to respond with their trademark hate. According to USA Today, the Metro Atlanta chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America projected “F*** Trump” on the outside of the stadium. This prompted the Dekalb County Democrats to respond with a tweet approving the message.
The now-deleted tweet read: “Welcome to Atlanta where the players play and where the Democratic Socialists have an awesome projector like every day. (You’re not welcome in District 5 or anywhere else in ATL you orange fascist. )”
The original version of the USA Today post credited Democrats with the message, but the Socialists corrected them:
Hey @Lindsay_Schnell! In your article for @usatodaysports, you wrote that Dekalb County Democrats did the projections at MB Stadium. It wasn't them, it was us! A correction would be cool. Thanks!

The article was revised to credit the DSA for the message, but attributed the tweet to the Socialists instead of the local Democrats.
According to The Hill:
The projection wasn’t the only protest against President Trump at the game. Alabama player Bo Scarbrough also yelled “f— Trump” as his team walked onto the field.
And fans booed Trump’s motorcade as it pulled up to the stadium earlier in the night after they were forced to stand in the rain outside of the arena until his arrival.
Trump was greeted with applause and some boos as he walked onto the field at the game.
He stood at mid-field for the national anthem and watched the first half of the game from a suite before departing the stadium.
The Hill also tweeted a photo of the projected message:

A post at Real Clear Politics noted that Trump was cheered when he went on the field at the opening of the game:
President Trump took the field for the National Anthem ahead of Monday night’s college football championship game between the Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide.
Trump was greeted with a roar at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz stadium, the home of NFL’s Atlanta Falcons. Trump faced cheers and jeers from the packed stadium with 71,000+ attendees.
Even TMZ admitted that Trump was “mostly cheered.”
This, of course, is just the latest incident proving my 2011 assertion that liberalism, at its core, is an ideology of rage and hate. It’s sad to think that leftists are so deranged they can’t set their hatred aside for a couple hours to enjoy a football game.
Keep in mind these are the type of people who scream at the sky and want us all to think Trump is somehow mentally ill. It looks to us like Trump isn’t the one suffering from a mental irregularity…
