The GA attack

Dorothy was sleeping in her own bed when the suspects entered her home through a screened in back porch.  They entered her bedroom and demanded money.

When she informed them she didn’t have any, one of the suspects beat her so severely with his gun that she ended up with two broken arms and broken fingers. Then they left.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Beth Dow, Dorothy’s daughter in law said she thought they were done. She had just survived the most brutal episode of her life. But they were not done.

They came back inside her house, threw lighter fluid on her, and then lit it with a match. Dorothy suffers from COPD, but still managed to get to a tank of water that is used for her medical condition, and put out the fire on her own body.

So with her broken hand and fingers and her broken arm she took the top off of that bucket, raised it up, poured it on her head and put out her own fire.” Beth Dow

Dorothy was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and placed on life support. She underwent numerous surgeries and is receiving treatment for third degree burns to her head and other parts of her body.
