Fuel Supply, Food Supply Problems are the Perfect Storm.

From food plants to fuel plants, problems are rising with both food supply and fuel supply in the country. Mainstream media are calling the concerns a “conspiracy theory”, but it’s making us wonder. Are we experiencing the “perfect storm” of problems? Many of these things cause inflation not to mention foolish government polices. Let’s have a look:

The Fuel supply:

The United States runs on natural gas and diesel. Other countries also run on our gas as well. Farm equipment, semi-trucks and trailers, ships, airplanes etc, run on fossil fuels. Air mail, your packages from UPS or FedEx carriers…all of it runs on gas. Many of our homes are heated by natural gas and oil. When Joe Biden kiboshed the pipelines, all new oil and gas leases, and has been waging war against fossil fuels, it literally destroyed the future of industry in the US.

“There hasn’t been a refinery built in this country since the 1970s. I personally don’t believe there will be a new petroleum refinery ever built in this country again… Capacity is added by de-bottlenecking existing units by investing in existing refineries … but what we’ve seen over the last two years are shutdowns. We’ve seen refineries closed. We’ve seen units come down. We’ve seen refineries being repurposed to become bio refineries. And we live in a world where the policy, the stated policy of the U.S. government is to reduce demand for the products that refiners produce.”

Chevron CEO Mike Wirth to The Epoch Times

Refineries closed, fires at fuel plants. While “stuff” happens in every industry, these problems just add to the misery of Americans. For example. in March of 2021, a fire at an ethanol fuel plant in Oregon led to evacuations.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

On June 8, 2022, a fire at the Freeport LNG liquifaction plan (natural gas) in Texas will leave it shut down at least until later in the year.

An oil refinery built in 1918 in Texas will shut down permanently by 2023, maybe sooner, because they can’t afford to upgrade their equipment. That refinery processes 268,000 barrels per day (bpd) of oil, 92,600 bpd of diesel fuel, 89,000 bpd of gasoline and 44,500 bpd of jet fuel. This in the midst of a deep crunch in the fuel industry.

The Food supply

Our food supply is in trouble, partly because of the fuel issue. Other issues: the Avian flu outbreaks that prompted the destruction of millions of chickens, turkeys and eggs. The fires at food plants around the country of beef, chicken, potatoes, snacks, salads… None of which were ever connected to any one person or group, although the government warned of cyberattacks on the food industry. We wrote about a few of them already just in 2022.

Farmers are warning of a coming food shortage that will see “empty shelves.” Grains like corn, wheat and soy with drought, fuel and fertilizers costs skyrocketing …they are being hit hard. The grains feed the animals. The animals are the protein…it’s a vicious cycle and it really is a “perfect storm.”
