‘Foul Mouthed Scumbag’: Top Tennessee Democrat Rips Trump Supporters as Idiots — And It Gets Worse

A top Democrat official representing Senate candidate Phil Bredesen in Tennessee has unleashed on supporters of Donald Trump, calling them “idiots” and referring to the President as “Putin’s b****” and a “f***stick.”

The vile rant was posted on Twitter last year and since taken down, presumably after spokesperson Mark Brown had time to sober up and realize what a mistake he had made. Or maybe it was just because he’d been recently caught.

Bredesen, who is running against Republican Marsha Blackburn, has an entire section of his website dedicated to promoting his ability to ‘work together to get things done.’

How does Brown feel about that concept?

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“F*** ‘reaching out’ to Trump voters. The idiots aren’t listening,” he said on social media.

In one tweet, Brown rails against Trump saying “You are Putin’s b**** and a ‘f***ing moron.’”

In another, Brown responds to an Atlantic article titled “Donald Trump’s Eternal Feud With Blackness” which highlights the President’s then-spat with Lavar Ball.

They must have missed his pardon of African-American boxer Jack Johnson and his commutation of the sentence for Alice Johnson, not to mention the incredible improvement in economic numbers for the black community when researching this alleged feud.

Brown must have missed it too, having responded: “Racist much, f***stik?”

He also somehow managed to call evangelical Trump supporters “racists” in one tweet, and America, in general, the same in another.

Responding to a video clip of former President Obama saying “the odds of someone named Barack Obama being President were very low,” Brown sneered “An understatement in racist America.”

How does Bredesen square his spokesperson’s obvious beliefs about his political opponents with his attempts to sell his candidacy as one willing to reach across the aisle?

Scott Golden, chairman of the Tennessee Republican Party, told the Washington Free Beacon that Brown’s comments are “hateful” and “reprehensible.”

He added that Brown was a “professional Twitter troll” who is simply “expressing his party’s true sentiments about President Trump.”

As if that wasn’t enough, the man Brown works for, Bredesen, ironically whined about “name-calling” after Vice President Mike Pence accurately labeled him a “liberal.”

Pence had tweeted that Bredesen is “too liberal for Tennessee” because he supports single-payer health care and wants recent tax cuts repealed.

Speaking to reporters shortly afterward, Bredesen complained about the “name-calling” and wondered if Pence couldn’t think of something better to say than calling him liberal.

We suppose it’s a lot better than if he had called him a ‘liberal f***stik.’
