FBI Wrongdoing: PATCON- the Great Infiltration

FBI wrongdoing has been alleged for decades. Their use of confidential informants is standard, as we have previously reported in the case of the Whitmer Kidnapping plot. But infiltrating Patriot Groups, a practice known as PATCON (Patriot conspiracy) and attempting to get them to commit crimes is another problem altogether. The FBI’s use of moles in the legacy media is another serious issue. It’s information that Utah Attorney Jesse Trentadue wants to find., and has filed lawsuits toward that end. Why? It may be related to Trentadue’s brother’s murder.

FBI wrongdoing is at the heart of Trentadue’s lawsuits and FOIA requests.

24 witnesses told the FBI that they saw McVeigh with someone during the morning of the attack—and none were used by the government during the trial. The FBI initially released sketches and appealed to the public for help in finding this mysterious “John Doe #2,” only to later deny that the man ever existed.

Then it was revealed in 2004 that the U.S. Secret Service had conducted its own investigation of the Oklahoma City bombing, separate from the FBI’s.

Secret Service document on the investigation shocked observers with the following statement: “Security videotapes from the area [around the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building] show the truck detonation three minutes and six seconds after the suspects exited the truck”—supporting suspicions by many that McVeigh indeed had an accomplice and that there exists surveillance footage that confirms this.

The Epoch Times, Feb 2022

PATCON, or Patriot Conspiracy “was a long-term provocation campaign in which the Bureau sought to infiltrate and incite the militia and evangelical Christians to violence so that the Department of Justice could crush them.” Trentadue claims that Ruby Ridge, Waco, even the Oklahoma city Bombing and others were PATCON operations. (Libertarian Institute). It is highly likely that January 6 is also among them, although Trentadue’s case is centered around the Oklahoma City bombing.

A “Free Press” complete with moles

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

From what he was gathered so far, FBI wrongdoing isn’t the only problem: an ABC senior journalist may have provided information that seriously violates journalistic ethics.

The journalist, whose name is not disclosed in the document labeled “secret,” not only cooperated but provided the identity of a confidential source, according to the FBI memo — a possible breach of journalistic ethics if he or she did not have the source’s permission.

The ABC employee was even assigned a number in the FBI’s informant database, indicating he or she was still being vetted for suitability as a snitch after providing “highly accurate and reliable information in the past” and then revealing information the network had obtained in the hours just after the 1995 terrorist attack by Timothy McVeigh.

The Center for Public Integrity

When that information was discovered in 2012 by a Roger Charles, an investigator pouring over documents related to the OKC bombing, he notified Trentadue. Trentadue immediately filed for any and all documents relating to the use of journalists as confidential informants.

“I thought they’d come back and say, ‘We would never do that because that would be illegal and unconstitutional.’ Instead, they came back and said, ‘Yeah, we do that. We have manuals on that, but you can’t have them because of national security.’”

Jesse Trentadue April 6, 2022

Though Mr. Trentadue has fought valiantly in court for decades to make the Bureau give up the truth, one of his lawsuits was dismissed in 2015. Infiltration of patriot groups. Moles hidden inside the legacy media. Secret databases. Hiding important evidence, even claiming such evidence “does not exist.” Clandestine actions of FBI agents attempting to sell video footage to news media. Manipulation of defendants’ rights in court by using defense attorneys connected to the confidential informants. Turning over only heavily redacted documents that have no value. Mr Trentadue’s attempts to make FBI wrongdoing transparent have met with stonewalling at every turn. Even when these issues have ended up in court, ultimately the government prevails by crying “national security.”

Are we America, land of the free anymore?
