Expert Doctor Michael Baden stated on Fox and Friends that in 50 years of doing death investigations, he’s never seen anything like the Epstein death: it’s more consistent with homicide than suicide. He spoke as someone who was present at the autopsy, and was hired by the family. Dr Baden isn’t the only one to speak about the discrepancy.
The perfect storm of “coincidences” worked together to raise suspicions that the death of Jeffrey Epstein was more than the suicide ruling of the New York City Medical Examiner.
We previously reported on the statements by Dr. Marc Siegel, a forensic pathologist. Dr Siegel stated that the bones broken in Epstein’s neck did not conform to a suicide, and were more consistent with manual strangulation. Now another expert Doctor, Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden, has also suggested that something could be amiss in the ruling of suicide.

Epstein’s body exhibited two fractures on the left and right sides of his larynx, and one fracture on the left hyoid bone – all of which were near the ‘Adam’s apple.’

Dr Baden also stated that if it was a homicide, there would be DNA all over the ligature- the sheet used in the hanging. Where is that sheet? Was it destroyed? Dr Baden stated that the Medical Examiner swabbed Epstein’s clothing, but it is unclear about the ligature itself.
“Whoever it is would have their DNA all over the ligature. We don’t have those results yet…those results should be reported quickly to give an idea and lessen the speculation.” Dr Baden
It was a Federal prison- did the FBI take it? Are they investigating? Those are questions Dr. Baden raised as an expert doctor who has worked on at least 20,000 death investigations.
The perfect storm of procedural errors lends itself to all the speculation. Dr Baden reminded watchers:
Two guards fall asleep – at the same time- and don’t complete their rounds for three hours. Baden stated that both the camera in the hallway and the one monitoring Epstein’s cell “malfunctioned.” His cellmate was taken out prior to his death. He’d been taken off suicide watch a week after the so-called attempted suicide in July.
None of that has happened all at once in Dr. Baden’s 50 years of investigating deaths. Now that two different forensic pathologists have weighed in, it does indeed look more and more like there could be something fishy in the death of sick pervert Jeffrey Epstein.
