Eric Holder, the Attorney General under Obama’s first 6 years, says the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court puts the court itself into question of its legitimacy. He’s also been sniffing out a 2020 Presidential run, according to Fox News. Frankly, he has no room whatsoever to be throwing stones from his glass house.
With the confirmation of Kavanaugh and the process which led to it, (and the treatment of Merrick Garland), the legitimacy of the Supreme Court can justifiably be questioned. The Court must now prove – through its work – that it is worthy of the nation’s trust.

Congress did not conduct hearings on Merrick Garland because he was nominated close to the election of a new President. If Hillary had won, they would have been forced to hold a hearing. But Trump won, thankfully. Rhetoric like “use the rage of today” and “be rid of these people”…what do you think?

Holder was placed in Contempt of Congress during his term as Attorney General over his failure to provide information to them regarding the “Fast and Furious” gun running scandal. And make no mistake, that was a scandal. One for which Border Patrol agent Brian Terry gave his life when he was killed with one of the guns given to the drug cartels.
“On June 20, 2012, the Oversight Committee voted 23–17 along party lines to hold Holder in contempt of Congress for not releasing documents the committee had requested. … On June 28, 2012, Holder became the first U.S. Attorney General in history to be held in both criminal and civil contempt.”
Of course, Holder left the job in 2014. When someone is charged with contempt, the finding is supposed to be turned over to the AG to generate a Grand Jury. But since the finding was against the Attorney General, it never went anywhere. What was that about “legitimacy?”

Legitimacy. Holder doesn’t have it. And the court has now swung officially to the right. Even as Eric Holder demands that his lefties get out and vote, we must fight as well. Do not stay home on November 6- get out and bring in the Red Tsunami.
