Emperor Joe Repeats Attack On Constitution In Speech: ‘No Amendment To The Constitution Is Absolute’ (Video)

On Wednesday, His Lying Demented Fraudulence, Emperor Joe Biden I, the man installed as “president” after an election many still say was rife with fraud, gave a long, rambling speech to a sparsely-populated joint session of Congress.

During that speech, he reiterated his declaration that “no amendment to the Constitution is absolute.”

Here’s video, as posted to Twitter by the Daily Caller:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The Hill noted:

The doctrine of “trickle down economics” favored by Republicans since President Reagan’s time has “never worked,” Biden said. “It’s time to grow the economy from the bottom up and middle out.”

He took a similar approach on other hot-button issues. He couched a push for immigration reform as an imperative to end an “exhausting war” on the topic. He called for tighter gun controls, saying that he was not “changing the Constitution” but “no Amendment to the Constitution is absolute.”

So, if no amendment to the Constitution is absolute, as lying Biden likes to claim, which of the following would he like to see repealed?

A B
1st Amendment Freedom of religion, speech, petition and assembly
2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms
3rd Amendment No quartering of soldiers
4th Amendment Protection against illegal search and seizure
5th Amendment Protection against self-incrimination, double jeopardy. Protection of due process and right to a grand jury.
6th Amendment Right to speedy and public trial, impartial jury and right to counsel.
7th Amendment Right to a trial by jury in common-law cases.
8th Amendment Protection against cruel and unusual punishment. No excessive bail imposed.
9th Amendment The enumeration of rights in the Constitution won’t be used against the people.
10th Amendment Reserved powers to the states.
11th Amendment States are protected from being sued by citizens of another state.
12th Amendment Separated balloting procedures for president and vice-president (put them as a team).
13th Amendment Abolition of slavery.
14th Amendment Granted former slaves citizenship and equal protection, established principle of selective incorporation.
15th Amendment African-American men could vote.
16th Amendment Established federal income tax.
17th Amendment Direct election of U.S. Senators.
18th Amendment Prohibition.
19th Amendment Women have the right to vote.
20th Amendment President and vice-president’s term of office begins on January 20th, and no longer in March.
21st Amendment Repeal of Prohibition
22nd Amendment Presidents limited to 2 terms.
23rd Amendment D.C. given presidential electors.
24th Amendent Poll tax is illegal.
25th Amendment Established VP as successor if P is unable to serve. P can nominate a VP if there is a VP vacancy.
26th Amendment 18-year-olds have the right to vote.
27th Amendment Congressional pay raises will only take effect after the next election.

Would he like to see the 13th Amendment repealed?  What about the 19th Amendment?  Or the 22nd?  Or the 26th?

If, as Biden claims, no amendment is absolute, then none of our freedoms are safe from power-mad dictatorial Democrats.

It’s time to send Biden packing, for the good of the country.
