Over the weekend, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) held a conference in Georgia. In a video of the convention live-streamed, there were some intense snowflake moments as members complained about gender pronouns, “whispering sensory overload,” and “triggering” statements, from their “comrades.” Yeah, they used “comrades.” (Fox report)
OMG. Socialists must be so proud. The DSA is the largest Socialist organization in the US. Bernie, AOC, Tlaib, and Omar are members… excuse me, “comrades.”
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
One person claimed to be on “sensory overload” from the “guys” whispering in the back of the room.
“I just want to say, can we please keep the chatter to the minimum? I’m one of the people who’s very, very prone to sensory overload… There’s a lot of whispering and chattering going on. It’s making it very difficult for me to focus. Please, I know we’re all fresh and ready to go, but can we please just keep the chatter to a minimum? It’s affecting my ability to focus.” James Jackson

Then there was the person who demanded in his ‘point of personal privilege’ that people not use “gendered pronouns” to address the audience. Apparently the word “guys” caused him some consternation.
