Democratic Congressman Puts Picture of Miss Liberty in a Hijab on His Wall [VIDEO]
“Give me your tired, your poor,Your huddled masses yearning to live for free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the terrorists, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door! Rape my wife and let my headless body hit the floor”
This is the new revision of the classic poem found on the Statue of Liberty, courtesy of the Democrat Party, who has rushed to embrace the Muslim Brotherhood and their covert partner, CAIR. Democratic congressman Luis Correa apparently agrees. He has had a picture hung up on his congressional office wall that shows Miss Liberty in a hijab. He’s too stupid to realize that the picture is a contradiction of terms. The symbol of freedom combined with a symbol of female subjugation.
And since we have mentioned Gamal Nasser, it is worth noting the former Egyptian leader is commonly remembered for his rejection of a Muslim Brotherhood demand for all women to cover up with a veil. In this video, he and his colleagues laugh at the idea, with one audience member shouting his recommendation for the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood: “Let him wear it!”
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
In 1979, 100,000 women protested against wearing the hijab in Iran. In fact, the model for the Statue of Liberty was a Muslim woman in Egypt who did not wear the hijab. The hijab is not a universal clothing item for the average Muslim woman but it is mandatory within the ranks of Islamic fundamentalism.
Why do gays and women cling so tightly to the democratic party, when that very same party defends female genital mutilation, gays being tossed from the top of buildings and the murder of Muslim women in what is laughingly known as honor killings. Personally, I find no honor in murder but then again I don’t belong to a party who want to kill as many babies as possible, especially black babies.
What about the women in Syria who this year celebrated their liberation from the Islamic State by pulling their burkas and niqabs off their heads and attempting to set fire to them?
I suppose one shouldn’t be surprised about Rep. Correa, given the Democrat Party’s recent fealty to the Muslim Brotherhood, the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), and other Islamic groups.
I used the Statue of Liberty in a burka as the front cover of my book as a warning to America and the Western world. Congressman Luis Correa appears to think it’s not such a bad idea. In the words of the Muslim Brotherhood heckler in that Egyptian audience in 1958: let him wear it.
