IT WAS DURING THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION’S HANDLING OF THE 2009 – 2010 SWINE FLU PANDEMIC… WHEN OBAMA DID NOTHING UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE
The H1N1 flu was a killer. And even those who recovered didn’t just breeze through it. They remained ill for months or years.
The danger to Americans in 2009 was evident from the start… because that H1N1 virus was basically the same type as that in the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918 – 1919, which killed between 50 to 100 million people.
In World War I, about 55,000 US soldiers died in the fighting. About 450,000 US soldiers died from the flu. And the same virus, a different strain but very similar, came to America in 2009 with Obama in the Oval Office.
When the H1N1 killer came to America, the Obama administration was busy with something else and devoted its resources to that something else. Can you guess what it was?
Getting OBAMACARE lies to the American people !
Instead of acting to help American families survive the H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic, resources were focused on deception.. related to OBAMACARE.
There were no national effective containment or quarantine or treatment proposals or actions taken. And while the Obama administration joked about having their feet on the desk in the Oval Office, here is data on the destruction of American families.
These are official CDC data published in 2011, in a study Estimating the burden of 2009 pandemic influenza A (H1N1) in the United States (April 2009-April 2010).
The official report stated: “From 12 April 2009 to 10 April 2010, we estimate the casualties were:
Approximately 60.8 million cases (of infection)…
274,304 hospitalizations…
12,469 deaths
Here’s just one media report:
NBC news summarized it on February 12, 2010: “Swine Flu sickened 57 million Americans”
“ …the disease’s cumulative impact has grown to 57 million U.S. illnesses, 257,000 hospitalizations and 11,690 deaths, including 1,180 children, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported on Friday.”
FOR THE H1N1 SWINE FLUE PANDEMIC, NO NATIONAL EMERGENCY AND NO MOBILIZATION OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WAS INTRODUCED BY OBAMA UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE:
The first Obama administration action against the virus was just a paper war. On April 26, 2009 Obama’s director of Health and Human Services declared the H1N1 a public health emergency — NOT A FULL-BLOWN NATIONAL EMERGENCY.
“A public health emergency gives agencies in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services flexibility in how current funds and personnel are allocated. A public health emergency lasts for only 90 days—so these are very temporary shifts in resources.”
The public health emergency declaration expired on July 25, 2009. And it was related only to funding issues of the Department of Health and Human Services.
Meanwhile the pandemic was growing in force and fury in the United States. Between July 26 and Oct. 24, 2009 there was no emergency declaration of any kind, or mobilization of the Federal Government as a whole (as President Trump has already done from the beginning) by the Obama administration.
As bodies of children and adults were piling up in hospitals and homes, on October 23rd did Obama declare it a national emergency.
In the historic archives of the CDC we find how many Americans sickened and died, including children and millennials, while Obama focused the force and fury of his regime, not on the pandemic, but on Obama-Care.

CDC estimates that between 34 million and 67 million cases of 2009 H1N1 occurred between April and November 14, 2009. The mid-level in this range is about 47 million people infected with 2009 H1N1.
CDC estimates that between about 154,000 and 303,000 2009 H1N1-related hospitalizations occurred between April and November 14, 2009. The mid-level in this range is about 213,000 H1N1-related hospitalizations.
CDC estimates that between about 7,070 and 13,930 2009 H1N1-related deaths occurred between April and November 14, 2009. The mid-level in this range is about 9,820 2009 H1N1-related deaths.
Instead of focusing on saving American lives from the pandemic, Obama and Biden focused on Obamacare.
Yes, all this sickness and death in America from the H1N1 Pandemic… this was the time for the roll-out of the big OBAMA lie… June, July and August 2009:
“If you like your plan, you can keep your plan. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.”

A lie Obama told multiple times in order to push the catastrophic “Affordable Care Act” through Congress. OBAMA-CARE was the focus of the Obama administration. The American people wasn’t. A pandemic was starting to rage, but it didn’t matter.
Instead of dealing with the pandemic of 2009 – 2010 to save American lives, the Obama administration focused on pushing Obama-CARE on the American people.
AS THE PUSH FOR OBAMACARE WENT ON, BODY BAGS FILLED WITH DEAD CHILDREN AND ADULTS FROM THE H1N1 VIRUS PILED UP
In short, OBAMA AND BIDEN LIED AND CHILDREN DIED.
About 9,820 Americans died during this period of Obama administration lies, 213,000 people were hospitalized, and 47 million Americans were infected.
AND ONLY THEN, AFTER IT WAS TOO LATE, OBAMA DECLARED A NATIONAL EMERGENCY ON OCTOBER 24TH.
A National Emergency Act applies to the entire Federal Government. Which is the same thing that President Trump has been doing from the beginning of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. President Trump has mobilized key parts of the entire federal government from the beginning.
We conclude knowing that the numbers of casualties during the Obama administration are not just numbers. They are people. Each one a tragedy. Each one being a deep sadness. Each one a victim of Democrat Party, Democrat Media, Obama administration ineptitude, negligence, and lies.
Compare the numbers. Then consider the stark contrast in the response and the media’s handling in both cases. And that’s not all.
Overzealous politicians are using the coronavirus pandemic to strip Americans of their basic Constitutional rights, and Orange County, California has just issued an edict that could see people arrested for simply being with someone not in their immediate family or household.
President Trump, meanwhile, has engaged government and private resources to address the problem. His swift action in banning flights has also helped to minimize the number of infections within this country.
The media has done everything it can to ramp up hysteria, even as the President provides sensible leadership and is working to calm the nation.
By all means, take all the necessary precautions and get tested if necessary. But we need to keep things in perspective and not let the media panic us the way it has been doing.
