Gun rights activists have received permission from the Colorado State Attorney General’s office, to start gathering signatures to recall a third senator, Evie Hudak. This comes on the heels of two successful recalls just last month. A win here would turn the state senate over to the republicans.
The petitoners need 18,900 signatures in order to force a recall election. Mike McAlpine, a spokesman for the group emailed the Denver Post with the following statement:
