Colorado Mom Sues After Learning School Was Pushing Radical Gay Agenda Disguised as ‘Art Class’

A mother in Colorado is suing her school district after she discovered that her daughter was recruited to join an afterschool club aimed at sexualizing children that was sold to parents as an “art” club.

Mom Erin Lee said that her sixth-grade daughter was exposed to an avalanche of inappropriate sexual and gender information at the “art” club and she is now suing Wellington Middle School and Poudre School District, in Fort Collins, Colorado, for perpetrating a ruse and keeping parents from learning what their kids were being exposed to in the class.

Kids are already being mistreated by shoddy educators, and Lee recently said that her daughter admits that she very quickly learned that the “art” club was really a club meant to spread the radical transgender and gay agendas.

“When she got there, she very quickly learned it was actually a gender and sexuality awareness club,” Lee said on Tuesday, according to Fox News.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“The art teacher had invited in an outside presenter into the classroom that day, and this woman did absolutely unthinkable things with the kids,” Lee explained.

Lee went on to claim that the presenter told kids they are “queer” or transgender if they feel even remotely uncomfortable with their biological sex and used the various LGBT flags to promulgate the sexual and gender politics popular with Democrats.

The presenter also supposedly discussed alternatives to monogamy.

“She talked to them about polyamory. She told them that these new labels that they had just adopted made them more likely to commit suicide and talked to them extensively about suicide,” Lee continued.

The presenter also described what puberty blockers do, celebrated their use, and spoke about hormone therapy.

Lee said the speaker “runs an organization called ‘Skittles’ for kids five to eleven to discuss gender and sexuality.”

But then the adults in the “club” warned kids to never tell parents what they are learning in the group because parents are not “safe” people to turn to on gender issues. She added that the “art” teacher told her daughter “you don’t have to tell your parents.”

Lee noted that this sort of stealth instruction in radical sexual issues went on for nearly a year without parents knowing because the kids followed their instructions not to tell parents of what they were doing at the “art” club.

Now, a group of parents, including Lee, are suing the school for this outrage.

Attorney Pam Bondi, who is representing the parents, says that the suit is about “accountability” and “transparency.”

“These are taxpayer-funded teachers who are doing this,” Bondi told Fox. “And we want to send a nationwide message to these school systems, these parents and these school boards that parents govern their children, not these teachers, and we’re going to give them the tools that they need, our parents, to protect them against indoctrination and all of these crazy things that they’re doing.”

In a statement made last year, the school essentially admitted that it had a variety of LGBT-themed clubs and celebrated their effort to make “safe spaces” for this sort of radical, anti-parent, sexual instruction.

“In PSD, we promise to create and uphold equitable, inclusive, and rigorous educational opportunities, outcomes, and experiences for all students,” the district said last May. “As a district, we are committed to making our schools safe spaces in which all students can learn.”

“Genders and Sexualities Alliances, or GSAs, were established as safe spaces for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, allies, and any individual to come together with the goals of ensuring inclusivity, safety, and support. Discussions in GSAs may be confidential given that they can sometimes be sensitive in nature (i.e. a student may be “out” with specific friends but not with the community at large),” the district’s note continued. “In PSD, a GSA club could be student-sponsored, which is started/run/led by a student and has an adult present at meetings; or school-sponsored, which is started/run/led by an adult. The GSA at Wellington Middle School is school-sponsored.”

Tax-funded schools are absolutely not the place for “secret” clubs aimed a indoctrinating young children in ways to join the radical groomers in the extreme gay “community” — not that any other place is, either. But schools should be utterly transparent and should make sure parents know what their kids are being exposed to, not just during class, but also in after school programs.

We need to get back to teaching children about math, reading, history, and civics, not fake political schemes such as “equity,” and racial and sexual issues. No wonder our schools are now some of the worst in the industrialized world.
