It was “cleanup on aisle 46” as the White House backtracked on several of Biden’s remarks in a 60 Minutes interveiw with Scott Pelley on Sunday. And it begged the question: who is really in charge? If everything Biden says is constantly changed by WH staff, what’s the point? It is mocked by conservatives, but it is deadly to American interests throughout the world. And they have done it several times before.
“Cleanup on Aisle 46”
You could almost hear the “Oh, sh**” coming from the WH and Democrats with this one:
“The pandemic is over.” Joe Biden
If the pandemic is really over, then all of the emergency powers , Executive Orders, and other constructs used to control Americans should be lifted. Democrats and WH staff nearly had apoplexy over that remark as their basis of control over the country was severely undermined by it. So they stated, “the President’s comments do not mark a change in policy toward the administration’s handling of the virus, and there are no plans to lift the Public Health Emergency.”
Is America headed for a recession?
Tehnically speaking, Covid has primarily devolved into the flu or a cold. People are still getting sick with variants, which are a serious problem in some areas. The biggest issue is that the “vaccines” used were not as efficacious as had been hoped, didn’t last as long as previously thought, and have produced serious side-effects in some people.

The US would defend Taiwan
This is the 2nd time Biden has stated that the US would send troops to defend Taiwan in case of Chinese attack. It’s also the 2nd time Democrats have walked it back. It’s the 2nd time China has thrown a fit over the remark.
In a “60 Minutes” interview that aired Sunday night, Mr. Biden was asked by CBS News correspondent Scott Pelley whether U.S. troops would defend Taiwan, and he replied “yes,” if it were “an unprecedented attack.”
He went on to say Taiwan makes its “own judgments” about independence and the U.S. wasn’t “encouraging … their being independent.”
“That’s their decision,” he said.
“So unlike Ukraine, to be clear, sir,” Pelley said, “U.S. forces, U.S. men and women would defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion?”
“Yes,” the president said.
So much for “ambiguity.” It happened previously when Biden said the same thing. In his confused mind, we are going to send troops to help the Taiwanese, while Democrats scramble to “cleanup” his statements.
We do not have a decisive administration. They are neither unified nor competent to handle the affairs of the United States. Our military is actively being dismantled. Our foreign policy is a wreck. Our domestic policy is worse than a wreck and is a complete disaster. Biden is not the Commander-in-Chief… who is?
