Car Thieves Beat Chicago Official as Mayor Lightfoot Says Carjackers Just ‘Feel Unloved’

A man appointed to his position by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot was beaten to a pulp by carjackers as his boss excuses away the rising violence by saying that carjackers are only violent because they feel “unloved.”

Lightfoot appointed leftist Kwame Amoaku, 51, to the Windy City’s Film Office to help plan Hollywood productions. But last week, Amoaku was attacked and beaten by car thieves last Wednesday near Chicago’s National Museum of Mexican Art.

The Chicago Police reported that Amoaku was attacked by three men just before 8 a.m. They approached him and tried to rob him before running off. But they returned quickly and beat Amoaku up and stole his car.

The Chicago official had to be hospitalized, the beating was so bad.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Meanwhile, Amoaku’s boss, Mayor Lightfoot, was seen excusing away all the violence her city is drowning in by saying that the city’s growing number of carjackers just perpetrate their crimes because they feel “unloved.”

No, really. She actually said that.

“There are too many young people in this room that feel unloved, and we need to change that if we are going to change the trajectory of their lives,’ Lightfoot said, according to the Daily Mail.

What absolute left-wing, bleeding heart tripe.
