Build a better mousetrap, and the world will beat a path to your door. Build a better social network than Facebook, and you get the same effect. Conservative America is just now discovering that such a mousetrap has already been built, and unfortunately, not enough patriotic Americans even know about it yet.
That’s where those of us patriotic journalists come into play. It’s not so much about giving them free advertising as it is about letting the entire country and the world know that they really don’t have to put-up with “Little Hitler” Mark Zuckerberg’s dictatorial censorship any longer.
MeWe Founder Mark Weinstein posted an announcement on his new social network recently. He stated:
“When I founded MeWe, I wanted all of us to have a social home online where we could be ourselves, without being tracked, sold, and manipulated. And also where employers and schools couldn’t see what we say and share with our friends and families.
Yea, I already was really pissed off at Zuckerberg for his idiocy in thinking privacy was something we could and should live without. But this guy is also the king of BS – he must think democracy is some kind of toy to manipulate. Boy does he have that wrong. Thanks to MeWe’s amazing engineering team – today we have a great choice – MeWe is here and we are all in this together. Great communication technology, no BS. Welcome to MeWe!”
The new MeWe social network bills itself as: “No Ads. No Tracking. No BS.” So far, I believe their claims to be genuine. Make no mistake about it, I don’t believe Mark Weinstein is a conservative, but at the same time he is no friend of Mark Zuckerberg, and I can live with that. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Signing-up for MeWe is as simple as signing-up to Conservative Firing Line’s MeWe group. Once you sign-up, you’ll be a member of both the MeWe social network and Conservative Firing Line’s news aggregator where you can stay abreast of the latest conservative news and views.
