Biden Regime Endangering Migrant Children Like Obama Regime

The Biden administration has decided to continue a practice of the Obama administration that led to illegal immigrant children being used for forced labor. They are placing kids with people before background checks and not having employees at facilities go through FBI background checks. This has many people worried, as this could further endanger these children who were sent to the United States without them knowing what would happen. This was the behavior of the Obama administration and people went to jail for their actions, just no government employee. This is a Democrat policy that should sicken them, but they continue to cheer on the influx of those they want as voters.

Employee Backgrounds

It has recently come to light that the Midland, TX facility is not doing and FBI-level background checks on those they hire to work with children there. The background they do is one that comes from information given to them by the person and not via fingerprints. A person could lie about certain information and get away with it. That means the children could have a predator working around them and no other person would know. This has the local district attorney trying to get answers, though there are few coming her way. These children are being put in danger because the government is claiming it is an emergency. The sites these children are at are not licensed by the states and cost more than government ran sites.

Child Placement

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The children who are taken out of the facilities and placed with people are being sent to people who have not had a background check done. The administration claims they will have one done on these individuals, they just have not done so yet. This fast track system was tried under the Obama administration and led to abuses. The checks that are done can mean that a criminal could live and the house and not even be looked at if the primary sponsors do not tell the government that these people live there. They are only doing a name check on who they are doing checks on and this could mean other misses in the system.

2016 scandal

During the Obama administration, children were placed with some sponsors in Ohio. It turned out that this was a human trafficking ring that forced the children to work at egg farms. This led to arrests when it was finally caught. The DOJ reported “Castillo-Serrano pleaded guilty on Aug. 24, 2015, to conspiracy to commit forced labor, forced labor, witness tampering and alien harboring charges. Pedro-Juan pleaded guilty on Dec. 14, 2015, to conspiracy to commit forced labor.” Those were the only two that were sent to jail. The scandal caused the Senate to investigate. They said two of the main failures were in the weak background checks and lack of home visits.

This should not be happening again, but the Biden administration has decided to follow the same path as Obama and not Trump. The scandal under President Obama was so bad that even Snopes had to admit it happened. It is bad that GOP members of Congress are fighting harder than the Democrats to fix this, even though the Democrats want these children here.
