Biden National Press Secretary Falsely Claims White Supremacists Burning Buildings, Calls Trump A ‘Klansman’
On Monday, Jamal Brown, the National Press Secretary for the Joe Biden Campaign, issued a tweet in which he falsely claimed that “white supremacists” are the ones responsible for all the looting and arson taking place in the violent riots that have broken out in the wake of George Floyd’s killing. He also accused President Trump of being a member of the Ku Klux Klan.
“White supremacists have been inciting violence & burning buildings over the last few days under the guise of “protestors.” Now @realDonaldTrump is calling on governors & law enforcement to take action against ‘protestors’— i.e. Black people. Say it plain: Trump is a Klansman,” he claimed on Twitter.

Brown isn’t the first to make this outrageous and completely fact-free claim. As we and others have reported, MSNBC propagandist Joy Reid and former CNN propagandist Reza Aslan made the same false claims earlier. Other Democrats have spread the same lie.

Not only celebrities, but members of Biden’s campaign have been doing the same thing.
Another person suggested Brown is engaging in criminal activity:
