Engaging in what Hot Air called “beast-like grunts,” far-left New York Governor Andrew Cuomo threatened to sue if the Supreme Court overturns the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade case legalizing abortion for any reason or no reason at all until the moment of birth.
“I will sue when the Supreme Court acts, and I want the New York State law in place,” Cuomo said to cheers from his fellow radicals.
One of Cuomo's new favorite tricks is to say "We will sue IF…"
In this case, the "if" is: 1) Kavanaugh is confirmed; 2) New York passes a law tightening its abortion laws; 3) the Supreme Court agrees to take up Roe v. Wade; 4) the court overturns Roe v. Wade pic.twitter.com/zvEsvktKDO

Whom, exactly, does Cuomo intend to sue? And where? That’s what some really wanted to know:

Hot Air’s Allahpundit, meanwhile, reminds us that the New York governor is the “smart Cuomo,” and adds:
When he says “I’ll sue,” he doesn’t really mean anything by it. He’s terrified that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s House primary upset is a harbinger of what Cynthia Nixon’s going to do to him in the gubernatorial primary so he’s making whatever beast-like grunts and whistles he feels he needs to in order to protect his left flank. Next week he’ll be threatening to challenge Kavanaugh to a duel. He’s a clod. But in an indigo blue state, when your daddy was a popular governor, the right grunts and whistles are all you need to win.
“Beast-like grunts.” That pretty much sums up Cuomo… Remember, this is the same Andrew Cuomo who issued a thinly-veiled threat to businesses, telling them to revisit their ties to the NRA — or else. Let’s not forget that back in 2014, he declared that conservatives who oppose abortion and support the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms are “extremists” who “have no place” in his home state.

Sue WHOM? In what venue?

I hear he plans to appeal to the Super Supreme Court of the US. If he prevails, I imagine folks will then take it to the Super Duper SCOTUS.#Libidiots

Here’s video of Cuomo’s grunts:
“Cuomo’s scaremongering is an ironic reminder to blue-staters that not only would nothing change in their backyards if Roe were dumped, the new legal regime that replaces it in the state legislature might be more liberal than what Roe has provided them. If that’s possible,” the Hot Air post said in conclusion.
