Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar Files Resolution and Articles of Impeachment Against EPA Boss McCarthy
Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar is moving ahead with the impeachment of Gina McCarthy for perjury in her testimony on the expansion of the Clean Water Act. (CWA)
Gosar has filed the following Articles of Impeachment:
Text of Legislation to Impeach EPA Administrator McCarthy
Gosar has asked for co-sponsors for his resolution and has already has nineteen of them.  He cites McCarthy’s statements to Congress, whereby she claims that the EPA was not expanding the EPA’s power in regards to the CWA.
This directly contradicts the information posted on the EPA website, which says the EPA is expanding their reach by 3.2% of all waters within the United States.
