The Virginia Gun Rights Rally set for January 20 (MLK federal holiday) could become explosive. Antifa plans to march alongside the second amendment supporters. Even the far left is upset about infringement of 2a rights.
The Washington Examiner reported that Antifa plans to march:
Antifa Seven Hills represents a rejuvenated movement among the far-left to protect the Second Amendment rights of American citizens. Situated in the heart of the South, Seven Hills claims to believe in fostering dialogue across the political divide on issues of structural injustice, such as the disproportionate effect that gun laws have on people of color…
…I think what’s particular about the South is that we have to be a bit more creative and sensitive to the people around us — instead of fulfilling some sort of meme of what antifa is. That’s really what we’re trying to work against right now, especially by talking to conservatives and showing we aren’t just a black-clad group of rabble-rousers who are out for attention and have jobs funded by George Soros.” (Vice)
This Antifa group is trying to “work against” the idea that they’re just a bunch of rabble rousers. No, they are extremely violent groups that have been arrested often for harming peaceful protesters. Petitions have been signed requesting they be designated as a terrorist organization based on that behavior. So “buyer beware” when dealing with them at any pro-gun rally. Hopefully things will go smoothly, but situational awareness is always a good thing.

Antifa Seven Hills, along with Redneck Revolt and the Socialist Rifle Association are all working to stop the infringement of 2nd Amendment rights. These groups have opened up at least 90 chapters across the nation.
Gun Rights Rally – a Showdown or a Protest?
The Virginia Gun Rights Rally is normally an annual event sponsored by the Virginia Citizens Defense League. But this year is severely different than previous years – this year the Democrats are in charge and rights are being suspended because Gov Ralph Northam is scared spitless that all those gun folks will try to start something. He even tried kissing up to the NRA to keep violence off the agenda (Daily Wire).

Northam declared a “state of emergency” and banned guns from the park where the rally was to take place. He worried that the literally thousands of people from all over the nation could cause violence.
Three men, allegedly neo-nazis who were to attend, were arrested. One was a Canadian Army reservist, and the other two supposedly belong to a group called “The Base” which reportedly advocates the establishment of an all white state.
