Acceptable Discrimination Grows in Corporate, Education – the Demand for Conformity

Yesterday, we wrote about corporations that were supporting the defund the police movement. We included an image of a Goodyear training slide that revealed what is becoming “acceptable discrimination” and the demand for conformity. The problem is growing, despite what these organizations claim. It’s present in corporations and institutes of “higher learning” across the nation.

Acceptable Discrimination

Employees of Goodyear leaked a training slide to the public which showed blatant discrimination against any Conservative views.


Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Goodyear, for example, released this ridiculous statement according to WIBW:

“Goodyear is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace where all of our associates can do their best in a spirit of teamwork. As part of this commitment, we do allow our associates to express their support on racial injustice and other equity issues but ask that they refrain from workplace expressions, verbal or otherwise, in support of political campaigning for any candidate or political party as well as other similar forms of advocacy that fall outside the scope of equity issues.”

There is no “respect”  or “inclusivity” in the BLM movement. They are Marxist anarchists who advocate killing cops. There may be some inside the organization who do not understand that, which is highly likely, but the overall organization is not inclusive in any way. They divide, not unify.

ALL lives matter whatever color they are and that’s the bottom line here.  Murder is wrong whoever perpetrates it. Black on Black, White on Black, Black on White, Asian, Native American, whoever – murder is murder period. But currently, you have no choice  – as an employee, you can’t be against a Marxist organization  and you must support removal of police.

President Trump has called for a boycott of Goodyear tires.


Education (or forced indoctrination)

At Iowa State University, a professor named Chloe Clark issued a syllabus that expressly forbade any student from choosing a topic she deemed unacceptable. There is no freedom of speech in these kinds of situations. None whatsoever.

The Young Americans Foundation received a screenshot of her demands to follow her personal opinions. A whistleblower who remained anonymous sent it to the YAF tip line.

“GIANT WARNING: any instances of othering that you participate in intentionally (racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, sorophobia, transphobia, classism, mocking of mental health issues, body shaming, etc) in class are grounds for dismissal from the classroom. The same goes for any papers/projects: you cannot choose any topic that takes at its base that one side doesn’t deserve the same basic human rights as you do (ie: no arguments against gay marriage, abortion, Black Lives Matter, etc). I take this seriously.” Chloe Clark

So if a student is pro-life or takes any other conservative viewpoint, Chloe Clark threatens to remove them from her classroom. Iowa State issued a statement after being made aware of the syllabus:

The syllabus statement as written was inconsistent with the university’s standards and its commitment to the First Amendment rights of students.  After reviewing this issue with the faculty member, the syllabus has been corrected to ensure it is consistent with university policy.  Moreover, the faculty member is being provided additional information regarding the First Amendment policies of the university. 

Iowa State is firmly committed to protecting the First Amendment rights of its students, faculty, and staff. With respect to student expression in the classroom, including the completion of assignments, the university does not take disciplinary action against students based on the content or viewpoints expressed in their speech.”

Here’s the rub: ISU has promoted Black Lives Matter and even has a chapter at the campus. So even if the syllabus is re-written to be less discriminatory, the likelihood of any student being able to fully speak their minds in an English paper is doubtful.

It’s acceptable discrimination. The demand for conformity is out of control. The problem with it is that many Americans will respond in the opposite direction of pressure to conform. Fight back, America!
