Michigan abortionist Michael Arthur Roth was caught with stolen drugs, equipment and 14 containers of aborted baby parts in his vehicle after he hit a special needs kid with his car. The police obtained a search warrant for the impounded car and that’s when they made their grisly discovery. He pleaded no contest to the charges but would probably have gotten off scot-free had he said he worked for Planned Parenthood.
PP got away with breaking the law and the California attorney General filed charges against those who discovered the crime and let the criminals go. He was just following in the footsteps of his predecessor, Kamala Harris, who also lacked morals of any kind.
It is believed that Roth was performing illegal abortions, possibly from the trunk of his car. He was also caught with stolen Fentanyl, a drug used for pain and sedation, that police believe was taken from a former employer. He was charged with prescribing medicine without a license.
The discovery of the cache came about as the result of an automobile accident in which Roth hit a child with special needs, critically injuring him. Police investigators obtained a warrant to search Roth’s impounded car and found the human tissue in containers along with the other contraband during the search.
Roth and an accomplice had stolen the instruments and Fentanyl from an abortion clinic owned by Roth’s former employer, Angel Ojeda. In the aftermath of the discovery, federal agents raided Roth’s home and office in Michigan and removed bags full of evidence.
The case earned Roth the nickname of the “Trunk Abortionist,” because he operated his illegal abortion business out of the trunk of his car.
This was not, however, the first time Roth made the news because of his irregular practices, which included a history of botched abortions, prescribing drugs without a license and medical board discipline, as well as a restraining order against him by his wife.
Back in 1988, Roth admitted that he had no objections to performing sex-selective abortions, which are most often carried out to weed out female children and insure male progeny.
The New York Times reported that Roth would do prenatal diagnosis to determine the sex of the child or refer patients elsewhere for it, and then do abortions if the women requested them. “I have no ethical problems with it, absolutely not,” he said. “I think that abortion should be available on demand.”
Selling baby body parts is a crime (Unless you are part of Planned Parenthood) however there was no proof that he intended to sell those parts, therefore, he was not charged for that. Roth asked for leniency in sentencing because he had just suffered a stroke. I agree. He should get no more than life for his crimes and if the stroke was severe enough, his sentence could end up being very short.
I just wonder how you perform abortions from your trunk. What if the patient was too large for the trunk? Did he rent a bigger car or what?
