What else can you expect from people who cut five-year-old boys in two? Pictures posted on Twitter show a young boy standing in front of an ISIS flag with a doll dressed like James Foley, holding a knife.
The next picture shows the doll beheaded, with a bit of fake blood thrown in for good measure.
