Just when we thought perhaps the world couldn’t get any sicker there comes a story like this one. The Oklahoma woman is accused of sexually abusing three of her four children while other adults, men and women watched.
Statistics from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reports that of the children who are “maltreated” over 80 percent of these horrible acts are committed by their parents. This report also says out of the 3.7 million children where one report of abuse has been filed, 9.1 percent of them were sexually abused. If that number is correct, according to the report, that would mean over a quarter of a million children are sexually abused.

Police say Webb abused her children from December 2012 to March 2013. 30 year old Webb is currently sitting behind bars and is being held on $2 million bond. It’s said the judge wanted to make sure she would be in court to pay for her crimes.
