The crisis of the Syrian refugees has Congressional Republicans moving quickly to address the potential security risks associated with the Obama administration’s new refugee plan, without regards to national security, have cited concerns on how to screen the refugees background due to terrorists posing as refugees, Fox News reported on Monday.
Fox News also reported that intelligence officials, Republican lawmakers and others have for years expressed concerns that Islamic State (ISIS) militants, who have overtaken swaths of Syria and Iraq, could slip into the U.S. while posing as refugees, something Europe is presently battling with.
Republican Chairman, Rep. Mike McCaul, R-Texas, of the House Committee on Homeland Security, said in a statement obtained by Fox News, “Many Americans are understandably concerned about the threat posed by inadequate security screening procedures.”
McCaul’s statement should concern many Americans as the Clarion Project reported on Sunday that German authorities have arrested an ISIS recruiter who was posing as an asylum seeker. The 21-year old who was from Morocco was arrested at a refugee center near Stuttgart, Germany on suspicion of being an Islamic State recruiter and that the man was sought under a European arrest warrant issued by Spanish authorities. He also used a false identity to pose as an asylum seeker and this is the first time German authorities have arrested a terror suspect masquerading as an asylum seeker.

The Clarion Project also said that it was reported the German government seized 10,000 fake Syrian passports, which are being sold to those seeking to gain entry to the EU for around $1,500 each as possession of a Syrian passport makes claiming asylum a lot easier.
At the same time, Liberty Alliance reported that WNDTv obtained a video of a radical Islamic cleric on the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York stating the real reason and purpose for supporting Muslim refugees to Europe, something the U.S. and western countries need to be concerned about.
In the video, the Islamic radical cleric said in part, “The Infidels want us to be tormented… they want us to be humiliated. The Quran says ‘The Jews and the Christians will never be pleased with you.’ But we will never follow their religion… this dark night will be over. And soon, we will trample them underfoot, Allah willing.”
“We will give them fertility! We will breed children with them… because we will conquer their countries. Whether you like it or not, oh Germans, oh Americans, oh French, oh Italians, and all those like you, “the Islamic radical cleric said. “Take the refugees! We shall soon collect them in the name of the coming Caliphate.”
