Holder orders prosecutors to evade federal Laws

The US congress writes the laws and the head of the DOJ enforces them.  But what do you do with a rogue DOJ head, who decides he gets to write his own laws?

Eric Holder, announced today to an audience of lawyers, that he had given orders to federal prosecutors to conceal the amount of drugs they seize from drug dealers in order to shield criminals from mandatory sentences.  The mandatory sentences were passed in 1986 and there is some talk in congress of updating the law.
