The workers who were fired by Disney are now suing the company on various grounds of discrimination. The white males were allegedly discriminated against when they were replaced by Indian workers. There is a case for age discrimination since most of the employees who were fired are over forty and their replacements were under forty. There is also alleged sexual discrimination because the large number of women fired were replaced almost entirely by male Indians.
Their lawyer, Sara Blackwell, also had some harsh words for Marco Rubio, who she correctly referred to as a liar. When Rubio wrote a bill tripling the number of H-1B visas, he cited the fact that we don’t have enough skilled people to do the jobs companies need. If that were true, then why did companies need the fired workers to train their less experienced replacements?
Here are some numbers to consider. There are 11 million people trained in STEM (Science, technology, engineering and math) who do not work in those fields. Less than half of this year’s STEM students will find jobs in their chosen field.

The employees are still in the first step, which is to file complaints with the EEOC. (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) They filed claiming national origin discrimination. After that they can file for damages in court.
Blackwell is frustrated because the liberal press refuses to condemn companies like Disney, who fire American workers to replace them with cheap foreign labor. She explains why she is so frustrated with them:
“I think that it’s an immigration reform issue, but more than that it’s a discrimination issue, it’s an American issue.”
“I don’t know why, the conservatives, the tea party, I don’t know why they are the only ones listening and talking about it. I had five or six different news channels calling, and news reporters calling, to write about the Disney issue. But only Breitbart would put in the actual issues. Why aren’t the liberals talking about how hundreds of thousands of Americans are losing their jobs?”
Blackwell had spoken with Breitbart’s Steve Bannon:
The purpose of H-1B is if there is no qualified American then the H-1B person can come over and fill that position because we need them. Well, there are qualified Americans because they’re being fired, but guess what, if this keeps going there aren’t going to be any qualified Americans because we’re training all our knowledge — sending it overseas and we’re training all the H1B workers here and we’re not giving Americans the opportunity to make a decent wage or have a job so America has no future in technology, at this point.
A displaced Disney worker, Leo Perrero, spoke about being fired immediately after getting a positive job review from Disney:
“We thought we were being called into a last minute meeting for pats on the back and bonuses but it turned out to be the complete opposite. We were called into a room of about two dozen people to be told we had to train our foreign replacements and if we didn’t, we wouldn’t get a bonus.”
“Essentially I was given 90 days notice to train my foreign replacement. This person was flown in just days before this whole thing happened.
Marco Rubio, who receives funding for his presidential campaign from companies and individuals who support open borders and who approve of the bill, I-Squared, written by Rubio to increase H-1B visas from 65,000 a year to 195,000, is working hard for his bosses. The gang of eight immigration bill he wrote and promoted offered open borders and amnesty for all. When money talks, Rubio listens.
