It appears that Hillary Clinton is once again in the hot seat as Justice Department lawyers examining the evidence against her have decided there is more that enough to prosecute her on multiple counts.
This is not unexpected considering the fact that fired FBI Director James Comey lied on national TV about the law. Â Comey exonerated Hillary and her minions based on the fact that they did not intend to mishandle classified documents. The law goes beyond intentions. Â The law states that the mishandling of these documents is a violation of the Espionage Act. Â Even Comey admitted that Hillary and her gang were exceptionally careless.
Her lawyer has been offered a plea deal by DOJ lawyers according to author and investigative journalist Ed Klein. Â According to Klein and Hillary’s lawyer, if she admits in writing that she committed a prosecutable crime, they will not take her to court to answer for her crimes. Â They also agreed to drop their investigation into pay for play deals.
Now, I know you hate the deal and feel Clinton should go to prison. Â I don’t disagree, but there are good points to making the deal. Â First, there is no guarantee that they could get a conviction because it only takes one far left-wing juror to prevent a conviction. Â Secondly, once they have the signed admission, she can have her security clearance lifted and will no longer have access to confidential information she can sell to the highest bidder.

Thirdly, it would end any and all hope for a Hillary 2020 campaign. Â And last but not least, once they have Hillary’s confession, the DOJ would be in a great position to prosecute other Clinton gang members like Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin.
Clinton’s lawyer points out that no actual charges have been filed against the former Democrat Party presidential nominee. Â That’s true but if she refuses the plea bargain, it goes away and she would have to choose between a plea bargain with some jail time or fight it out in court.
Still, it would be a disappointment not to see Hillary in prison stripes.
