Hillary Clinton a “scheming, robotic liar with a lifelong appetite for power…” – Archbishop Charles J. Chaput.

In a move that may be too late, two of America’s leading Catholic clerics have put aside the political correctness that has poisonously infected the Catholic Church since the Second Vatican Council of the 1960s.

As reported the Breitbart.com news portal, the leader of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, His Excellency Charles J. Chaput (pronounced: Shap-Hew) just sent a message to his flock warning them that Hillary Clinton is a “scheming, robotic liar with a lifelong appetite for power and an entourage riddled with anti-Catholic bigots.”

Also citing the attitude of the Obama Administration towards Christians in general, Abp. Chaput also penned of the immense “cultural damage” brought about by the current occupants of the White House.

As one of the more senior American Indians in the Catholic hierarchy, Abp. Chaput also warned the faithful of the “contemptuously anti-Catholic emails” of Hillary’s campaign team, and that “bad can always get worse.”

Perhaps further infuriating the CINOs (Catholics In Name Only) who claim the title, but haven’t been in a Catholic church since childhood, the cleric had written earlier that Hillary “should be under criminal indictment.”

A member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi tribe, His Excellency “quotes at length an email he received from a non-Catholic attorney, who assured him that these ‘bigots are actively strategizing how to shape Catholicism not to be Catholic.’”

“’They are, at the very core, trying to turn religion to their secular view of right and wrong consistent with their politics,’ he quotes. ‘We have political actors trying to orchestrate a coup to destroy Catholic values, and they even analogize their takeover to a coup in the Middle East, which amplifies their bigotry and hatred of the Church.’”

Meanwhile in Colorado…

Not alone, the Archbishop of Denver, His Excellency Samuel J. Aquila earlier this month didn’t merely describe the Democrat choice for president in less than glowing terms, he gave a full-fledged body slam to the entire Jackass Party, as reported by the Catholic news site ChurchMilitant.com.

Looking more like a retired rugby player than the shepherd of one of the largest Catholic archdiocese in the nation, His Excellency left little to the imagination when it was reported;

Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila said that when Catholics stop being Catholic, “the government will step in to fill the void. Indeed, the government will become ‘god’ and impose its beliefs on the citizens.”

In the diocesan article published Wednesday, Abp. Aquila went on to say voting for a Democratic candidate would be the same as selling out Christ and our Fathers in Faith.

“Some, both in politics and in the Church, have stated that it is the Church that needs to change Her teaching to include abortion, same-sex unions and even euthanasia,” he said. “Yet, in faithfulness to Jesus Christ, to the Gospel and to Sacred Tradition, the Church cannot change Her teaching on these issues without denying Christ.”

On the same day as Abp. Aquila’s statement, Republican nominee Donald Trump sent a letter to Catholic leaders. “I have a message for Catholics: I will be there for you. I will stand with you. I will fight for you.”

It continued, “I am, and will remain, pro-life. I will defend your religious liberties and the right to fully and freely practice your religion, as individuals, business owners and academic institutions.”

Archbishop Aquila summed up his article by counseling Catholics to “look at how each party platform supports human life from conception through natural death, the freedom of religion and the freedom of conscience, the family, and the poor.”
