Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez, 29, an illegal alien who has been arrested four times for drugs over the past two years has been arrested again, this time for allegedly murdering a woman in her bed with a hammer.
He is also accused of attempted rape and penetrating his victim with a foreign object. (No pun intended) At the present time Ramirez is charged with attempted murder, first-degree burglary with person present, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and resisting a peace officer. The attempted murder charge will be upgraded after the autopsy proves she died from the hammer attack.
This is just the latest in a long line of rapes, attempted rapes and murders committed by illegal aliens in this country and is the result of sanctuary policies of cities and states like California.
Years ago, when a judge decided to be lenient and allow a prisoner to walk out of court a free man, he was taking his life into his hands. That is because whatever crime that man committed, the judge would have to take the punishment for. Needless to say, there were few dangerous felons released.
